Purchased my first residential property to live in using 5% deposit and the Help2Buy scheme.
2018 - Failed Joint Venture
Invested in a R2R Serviced Accommodation JV which failed 6 months later
2019 - Save, Save, Save!
Saved £20,000 to invest in first BTL property company, LHL Properties Ltd
2020 - Rapid Growth
Already own 3 BTL properties within the first year of investing using the BRRR strategy
2021 - Joint Venture
Set up a second Ltd company with a JV partner and purchased the first HMO
2022 - £4,000 per month!
Portfolios combined hit a net cash flow of £4,000 per month and the second HMO purchased
2023 - My Third Company!
A third Ltd company set up, purchasing the third HMO taking the bedroom count upto 16
2024 - £2,000,000+ Portfolio!
Combined portfolios hit 13 properties exceeding 2 million in value!
